The Residence

managed directly by the Raschi family for over twenty years. The hotel is completely renovated, modern and fully air conditioned / heated. Located on Avenue D'Annunzio, in the heart of Riccione, just twenty meters from the sea, a few steps from the marina and close to the famous Viale Ceccarini "Street of the latest trends of the Riviera, with shops and trendy clubs".
The garden
Our hotel is characterized, in its entrance, a cozy and shady garden.
Spacious and well ventilated, even on hot days and sultry, allows us to offer all our guests, young and old: every morning a nice breakfast buffet, during the day a pleasant aperitif every Sunday and RELAX.
We also have a 'parking subject to availability. Covered parking for motorcycles.
